Phase One EdSteps is currently in Phase One of the project. In this Phase, EdSteps invites teachers, students and adults of all professions to register with EdSteps and upload samples of their work inWriting and Global Competence. The work will be presented to raters two pieces at a time. Raters will be asked to choose which one of the two pieces best demonstrates mastery of a skill. Raters will then be asked to briefly describe why and on what criteria they made their choice.
Phase Three In Phase Three, EdSteps will publish continuums - a gradual progression - from emerging to accomplished work samples in each skill area.These continuums will be freely available online through the EdSteps website for teachers, students and their families to use in helping to assess their progress and develop strategies for growth in key skill areas.All resources shared through EdSteps.org will be freeto the public.EdSteps hopes to begin publishin...Read More |
